It is our sincere goal that you be completely satisfied with Uniflora purchase from Uniflora Health and Food Products LLC. You may return your purchase within the guidelines below. If you require additional information regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail. See important shipping instructions below under the Returning Your Order heading. Return and Exchange Policy: You have 15 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange or credit (from receipt date) to decide if you like the item you purchased. You can return the unused packs if you are not completely satisfied with our product. Shipping and handling is not refundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item. No returns can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number . To receive your RA number, please contact us at contact@uniflora.us, or select the contact us link to send us an e-mail. Any items that have been used, or altered in any way cannot be returned. For exchanges, we will issue you a credit for the price of the item (excluding shipping charges).
