Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Japan & Taiwan: 7–14 business days
  • China: 10–20 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@uniflora.us or (800) 527-0604. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
